Our founder, Erin Wicker-Campbell, started this journey in 2015 when her husband’s cancer diagnosis opened her eyes to the hidden toxins in everyday products. Determined to create a healthier home for her family, Erin became an “ingredient detective,” finding safer, non-toxic options for everyday living.

But balance is key!  Erin knows that striving for perfection can be stressful. That’s why A Balanced Bear is about helping you make simple, effective changes without losing the joy of life.

Through curated products, personalized recommendations, and a supportive community, Erin empowers women to live cleaner, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
